This help tutorial describes how to Clone a Report. Cloning reports will allow you to create a copy of a report in your own account. If you are creating similar reports it may make sense to just clone a report, and make the appropriate changes.
- Click on the Report module (you may need to add it to your library).
- In the top right of the screen, click the list view (see below). Click on the Clone Icon next to the correct Report.
- This will make a Clone of the Report. You can now click on the edit icon for the new report.
- You can click on the Report name to rename it. You can also navigate to any of the tabs to modify any components around the Report.
- In this example we will be renaming the My Open PMs (Opened in the last 30 days) and then modifying the Report Filter.
- You can now click on the Filter Type, click New Filter, and select "Added Date" and Last 30 Days" from the drop down menus.
Note: these will need to be fields that have already ben created.
- You can then click on Save Changes.
- This will give you a Preview of the newly created Report.
