MiniReports are abbreviated versions of reports that you have in your Report Module. You can place these in your Dashboard. You must first create the Report in your Report Module before you can add a MiniReport to your Dashboard.

To create a MiniReport:

1. Edit the dashboard you would like to add the task widget to.


2. Click on the "System Widgets" tab on the right side of the dashboard manager.






3. Drag and drop the "Mini Report" widget into the dashboard.






4. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner. This will allow you to edit the Mini Report.






5. Select the report that you would like to use. Select the maximum number of rows that you would like to display. Select the fields that you wish to show, and arrange them the way you want. Click "Save".






6. Save the Dashboard.






7. You will now be able to see this Mini Report on your dashboard.
